Murray McMurray and Pastor John Hollar officiating. Mrs. Hollar was born July 15, 1969, in Ardmore the daughter of Ira G. and Betty Jo Jones Burkhart. She died Saturday, May 18, 2002, in Wilson N. Jones Hospital, Sherman, Texas. Mrs. Hollar had been a resident of Thackerville her entire life. A graduate of Thackerville High School, she and Todd Hollar were married October 8, 1988, in Thackerville. She was employed at the Dansk Store in Gainesville. She was also a coach of the cheerleading squad in her community. She enjoyed crafts and activities with her daughter, spending time with the rest of her family and making friends. She was of the Christian faith. Survivors include her husband, Todd Hollar of the home; one daughter, Megan Elise Hollar of the home; her parents of Thackerville; one brother, Brian K. Burkhart of Durant; and grandparents, George and Ruth Jones of Thackerville. Mrs. Hollar was preceded in death by her grandparents, R.W. "Riley Wheatley" Burkhart and Lillie Burkhart.
