Celebration of Life: 3 p.m. Saturday, April 2, 2005, at First Christian Church, 210 N.W. 3rd St., Marietta, Okla. Memorials: Should friends desire, memorial contributions in Margaret- Rose's name may be made to any of the following: Community Hospice of Texas; James L. West Hospice House, 1111 Summit Ave., Fort Worth, Texas 76107; American Cancer Society; or First Christian Church in Marietta. Margaret-Rose was born Aug. 17, 1942, in Wheaton, Ill., to the late Harold and Margaret Marek. In her life, she was always a Leo -- well-organized and enjoyed helping others. She was a Sunday school teacher at First Christian Church in Marietta Okla., taught "A Purpose Driven Life," and sang in the choir. In her students, her joy of teaching came from helping them learn; and in her family, they were the most important of them all. Survivors: Margaret-Rose is survived by her husband, Jerry, of Fort Worth; brother, Mark Marek and his wife, Wendy, of Lincoln, Neb.; and many extended family, friends, colleagues and students at TCU.
