::Hillcrest Memorial Park--Bakersfield CA

James Willard Terry 5-29-1915  5-19-2001 Born in Love County, 
Oklahoma to farming parents. Married to Alice Morris on September 8, 
1936 and moved to California in 1939. Jim worked in the oilfields 
around Kern County and in his later years he was a gardner around 
Bakersfield. Jim is survived by wife, Alice of 64 years, and son, 
Bill of Bakersfield; daughter, Jane Smith of Bakersfield; brother, 
Calvin of Cameron, Oklahoma and several loving grandchildren and a 
few great grandchildren. Services will be officiated by Bill Yoder. A 
visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 22 from 4 to 8 p.m. Graveside 
services will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2001 at 10 a.m. at 
Hillcrest Cemetery. Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary
