Connie Thrasher

PERRYTON - Connie Thrasher, 66, died Tuesday, March 16, 2004, in 
Marietta, Okla.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in First United Methodist Church 
with the Rev. Greg Kennedy officiating. Burial will be in Ochiltree 
Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.

Mrs. Thrasher was born March 3, 1938, in Perryton and was a longtime 
resident. She married William Thrasher on July 15, 1956, in Perryton. 
She worked at the Methodist home in Waco as a house parent, retiring 
after 10 years. She was a member of Trinity Methodist Church in 
Amarillo.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 2002; and her parents, 
Miles and Odessa Edwards.

Survivors include four daughters, Milene Thrasher of Dallas, Kari 
Kosler of Marietta, and Shannon Thrasher and Kenda Morgan, both of 
Amarillo; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

The family suggests memorials be to Toys for Tots in Amarillo or a 
favorite charity.
