                        BRENTON JAMES WILSON

Rick Wilson and Iva Wagner of Thackerville are pleased to announce the birth of
their son, Brenton James Wilson, on Sunday, August 11, 2002, at Denton
Community Hospital in Denton, Texas.

Brenton weighed seven pounds, 10 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Bob and Chris Wilson of Thackerville, and Mark and Connie
Wagner of Saint Jo, Texas.

Great-grandparents are J.D. and Sherry Wagner and Robbie Johnson, all of Saint
Jo.
