                          Rebecca Renee Carroll

                           Birth Announcement

Stephen and Clarizza Carroll, of Marietta, are pleased to announce the birth of
their daughter, Rebecca Renee Carroll, on March 1, 2000 at Denton Regional
Medical Center, Denton, Texas.

Rebecca weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Ronnie and Rosalee Carroll of Marietta, and Arsenio and
Luzuiminda DeLeon of the Philippines.

Great-grandparents are Annie Carroll of Ringling and the late Buddy Carroll,
Betty Henley of Ardmore and the late William Henley, Mr. and Mrs. Cecilio
Valdoz and Mr. and Mrs. Marcelino DeLeon all of the Philippines.
