        Birth Announcement for RayAnna Nycole Darnell

Robert and Amy Darnell of Marietta are pleased to announce the birth of their
daughter, RayAnna Nycole Darnell, on May 15, 2002, at Mercy Memorial Hospital
in Ardmore.

RayAnna weighed seven pounds six ounces and was 19 1/4 inches long.

She joins three sisters, Myranda Kay Darnell, 7, Samantha Michelle Darnell, 3,
and Madyson Lynn Darnell, 18 months.

Grandparents are Linda Grantham of Marietta, Willard Grantham of Sadler, Texas,
Kay Tolleson of Whitesboro, Texas, and Robert and Nancy Darnell of Whitesboro.

Great-grandparents are Autry Bearden of Marietta and the late Woodrow Bearden,
the late Raymond and Alice Grantham, Van and Anna Lee Burkhart of Marietta,
Della Spencer of Whitesboro and the late Cliff Spencer, and Ellen Darnell of
Whitesboro and the late Garrett Darnell.
