Miller exchanged wedding vows at 7 p.m. February 29, 2000, at Lake Murray Chapel in a double-ring ceremony performed by the Rev. Bob Brown. The bride is the daughter of Bobby and Jan Reed of Marietta and Rick White of Oxnard, California and the granddaughter of Jack and Shirley White of Barstow, California, Bobby and Bernice Reed of Marietta, and Rick and Lolly White of Oxnard. Mr. Miller is the son of Larry and Phyllis Miller of Marietta and and Donnis and George Berschneider of Navarre, Florida. His grandparents are Luther and Mary Miller of Marietta and Bud Sellars, Florence, Alabama. Given in marriage by her father, Bobby Reed Jr. the bride wore a tea length ivory gown with a crocheted lace jacket. A wreath of flowers with ivory and midnight blue ribbons was woven through her hair. The bride designed her bridal bouquet from midnight blue and ivory flowers. Serving the bride as maid of honor was Regina Simmons of Oklahoma City. Bridesmaid was Becky White of Durant, sister of the bride. Bridal attendants wore short midnight blue gowns. Serving the groom as best man was Larry Miller, father of the groom. Groomsman was Matthew Diggs of Marietta. Makayla Miller, daughter of the groom, was flower girl and Tre' Balch, son of the bride, was ring bearer. Candlelighters were Kali Greenwood of Marietta, cousin of the bride and Bobby Reed III of Marietta, brother of the bride. A reception was held following the ceremony at the home of the bride's parents. Following a wedding trip to Bossier City, Louisiana, the couple is at home in Marietta.
