"Marshall County Abstract Co. was operated by S.P.. Boyd and was
purchased from his heirs by Ollie Logan Beard in Feb, 1944"
(also S.P. Boyd was a member of the Rotary Club about 1926)
(these were the only mention of S.P. Boyd, but a Thomas Boyd became a
Mason about 1893 and about 1894 a T.M. Boyd was duly installed as an
officer in the Masons.)

as owning a barbershop but he sold about 1920 and there isn't any other
information about him)
