Mrs. Brown died Sunday in Madill. She had been in ill health for five years. Jerry Goochey of the Kingston First United Methodist Church officiated for services from Watts Memorial Chapel. Singing was arranged by Bill Dunn with Johnnie Ruth Jacks as organist. Mrs. Brown was born July 23, 1917, in Archer City, Tex. She was reared in Wichita Falls, Tex., and married P.C. Brown, July 23, 1954, in Gainesville, Tex. Mr. and Mrs. Brown lived several years in Fort Worth before moving to Kingston in 1973. In addition to her husband of the family home in Kingston, Mrs. Brown is survived by two children , Jerrie Ann Cryer and Gary DeWayne Brown, both of Kingston. She is also survived by two grandchildren and four sisters, Virginia McKee and Betty Southern of Wichita Falls, Edith Roach of Iowa Park, Tex., and Helen Bowman of Bowie, Tex. Casket escorts for services and burial in Woodberry-Forest Cemetery were Bobby,Wendly and E.C. Muncrief, Melvin Lee and Kenneth Goodwin and R.L. Mayo.
