Mrs. Dollie B. Barger 73 died Wednesday in a Tishomigo Hospital after a year's illness. Funeral services for Mrs. Barger were held Sunday afternoon from the Kingston Church of Christ with Grady Cooper church minister officiating. Burial was in Woodberry-Forrest Cemetery under direction of Watts Funeral Home. Mrs. Barger had been a Kingston resident since 1956 when she moved here from Healdton. She was born February 17, 1890 in Stigler IT and married William S. Barger in Muskogee August 12, 1919. The couple lived in the Cromwell and Seminole area from 1932 through 1950 and in Healdton 10 years before moving to Kingston. She had been ill since October of 1962. Other than her husband, Mrs. Barger is survived by a daughter Mrs. Arvilla Civils of Okmulgee;three foster sons, Wayne Tanahill of Washington and Hubert and Benny Tannahill both of Lewisville, Idaho; and two foster daughters Mrs. Earldean Tannahill Hanchett and Mrs. Roxie Mae Tanahill Briggs both of Lewisville. Pallbearers for services were Fletcher Loftin, Earl Ragsdale, Perry Cantwell, R.L. Lemmons, Irvin Herndon and Earl Gray. Honorary pallbearers were Montie Blakely, Orval Hobbs, Julian Smith, Ruel Little, Frank Massey and S. T. Corder.
