Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Beaver United Methodist Church with Bill Moore officiating. Burial will be in Pioneer Cemetery by Clark Funeral Service of Beaver. Mr. Phelps was a lifetime resident of Beaver. He was a veteran of the Air Force, serving in the Korean conflict. Survivors include his wife, Camilla; a son, Steven of Kingston; four sisters, Betty Latham of Newport, Ore., Donna White and Clara Lou Gregg, both of Beaver, and Jerry Moody of Kellyville; and two grandchildren.
