Wall SERVICES FOR MRS. DAVAULT TO BE FRIDAY Will Be at 2 P.M. in Watts Chapel; O.E. S. Burial Davault, long-time resident of Madill, will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at Watts Funeral home chapel. Rev. J. A. Hopkins, W. Pigg, minister of the Church of Christ will be in charge. Mrs. Davault passed away Wednesday afternoon at the home of a daughter, Mrs. John Laird. She had been in critical condition more than a month, and had been in ill health for many years. Eight Children Survive Surviving are eight children, one sister, and eight grandchildren. The children are Calvin Davault and Mrs. John Laird of Madill; Amos Davault, Mrs. D. C. Trafton, and Mrs. F.T. Gilliland, all of Amarillo, Tex: Mrs. C.W. Simmons of Aylesworth; W.E. Davault of Sherman, Tex: and Mrs. Lee Dicus of Denison, Tex. Her sister is Mrs. Maggie Southerland of Mead. All of Mrs. Davault's children were at the deathbed. Mrs. Davault was born March 5, 1874, in Nashville, Tenn. Her parents moved to McKinney, Tex., and she was reared near Howe and Van Alstyne, Tex. She joined the Methodist church when 14 years old. On August 1, 1891, she was married to A.E. Davault, who has been dead a number of years. Joe Coleman Will Sing The Methodist choir will furnish music for the funeral service, and Joe Coleman will sing a vocal solo. The body will lie in state at Watts Funeral home until time of burial. Escorts of the casket will be Cecil Robertson, Lloyd Jacks, Sam Whittle, Arthur Ables. Claud Ward, Sallie Perryman, Dick Perryman, and Horace Blackburn. Members of the Eastern Star's Past Matrons club will have charge of services at the grave. Interment will be at Madill-Legion cemetery with Watts Funeral home in charge.
