Mr. Eaton died after he was fatally stricken while leaving a Kingston business Monday morning. His death was attributed to a heart attack. Funeral services for the longtime Kingston resident were held Wednesday afternoon from Watts Memorial Chapel. Sammy Thompson of Kingston officiated for the services with music arranged by Bill Dunn. Johnnie Ruth Jacks was organist. Burial was in the Kingston Cemetery. A native of Oklahoma, I.T., Mr. Eaton was born October 1, 1903 in Tuskahoma. he moved to Bee in Johnston County in 1905 and came to Kingston two years later. His survivors include a sister, Mrs. Lee Collyar, of Madill; three nieces, Marjorie Kelly of McAlester; Lorraine Chaney of Madill; and Jessie Roberts of Gainesville; and a nephew, Bill Morrow of Achille. Pallbearers for the services and interment were Monroe Barwick Jr., Melvin Justice, Frank Massey, Charlie Odor, Commie Reese and Ben Wilkins.
