Of self inflicted wound, died Mon. James H. BOUNDS, born 29 April
1855 in Texas, age 66; Wealthy farmer and stockman; finanacial
reverses and ill health thought to have contributed; had gone to
Mineral Wells and other Texas cities for health; settled in county in
early territorial days from Grayson Co., Tx. Home 6 mi. so. of
Madill on Kingston road, Services at home of brother E.H. Bounds,
Sherman, Tex.; Burial West Hill Cem.  (Card of thanks included wife
and  Overton and Frank Bounds as sons)
