A.J. LONG DIES AT KINGSTON [Feb. 1941] Funeral Is Held There Tuesday Mrs. Stella Leora Long, wife of A.J. Long, passed away at their home near Kingston early Monday morning, following a long illness. Funeral services were held at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon at the Kingston Methodist Church with Rev. J.S. Dennis in charge, assisted by George S. Henry. Singing was by the Methodist choir. Mrs. Long, who was 60 year old, moved with her husband to Marshall county in 1905. They had lived at the present location the past 33 years. Since early life, Mrs. Long had been a member of the Methodist Church. Surviving are six sons, three daughters, six grandchildren, one brother and one sister. The children are Henry, Bernie, and A.C., all of Tulsa; Ray, Marvin, Jakie, and Miss Alice Long, all of Kingston; Mrs. Oscar Williams, San Antonio, Tex.; Mrs. John Robertson, Montalba, Tex. Her brother is Ben B. Prater, Tulsa, and her sister, Mrs. Edd Irvin, Maysville, Calif. Funeral arrangements were by Watts Funeral home..
