Files may be printed or copied for personal use only. ---------------------------------------------------- MADILL RECORD FEBRUARY 25, 1965 Clyde Lynn dies at Tishomingo; Funeral is held Mr. Lewis Clyde Lynn, A long-time Oakland resident, died last Thursday night in a Tishomingo Hospital where he had been a patient about a week. Funeral services for Mr. Lynn were conducted Saturday afternoon from Watts Memorial Chapel with Don Willingham in charge. Mrs. Lucille Murray was in charge of singing and burial was in the Oakland Cemetery. Born in Teyah, Tex., November 7, 1907, Mr. Lynn came to Oakland as a small child. He was reared in the community and later moved to Oklahoma City where he was employed with Oklahoma Tire and Supply Company as a Sales representative. He retired from the position a few years ago and returned to Oakland due to his health. He had attended the Oakland Church of Christ. Mr. Lynn is survived by a son, Lewis Keith Lynn of Enid; two brothers, Claude Lynn of Oakland and Sam Lynn of Alton; a sister, Mrs. Vera Bourland of Oklahoma City and two grandchildren.
