LYNN DIES OF PNEUMONIA HERE) (FUNERAL IS CONDUCTED AT HOME MONDAY) Pneumonia was fatal to Mrs. Laura Lee Lynn, 54, wife of G.E. Lynn, Lebanon, at 2:15 Sunday morning. She had been ill for only four days. Funeral services were held at the Lynn home at 1 o'clock Monday afternoon, with Rev. Julie Standridge, local Nazarene Pastor, officiating. Burial was in the Powell Cemetery. Singing for the occasion was furnished by Mr. and Mrs. John Landran, W.W. Fondren and Mrs. Bud Maxey, all of Madill, with Miss. Jewel Battle as the piano accompanist. Pallbearers were B.G. Askew, Calvin Orr, Neely Barentine, Woodrow Ables, Lowell Moore and Carl Logan. Immediate survivors of Mrs. Lynn are her husband, G.E.(Ernest) Lynn, one son, Tams Lynn, Lebanon; and Three daughters, Miss. Mabel Lynn, a student at Murray College, Tishomingo, Mrs. Marie House, Broken Bow, and Mrs. Otis Beavers, Hotchatown, Okla. and a sister Mrs. E.B. Lynn, who lives in the Weaverton Community near Madill, and another sister, Mrs. Henry Lynn of Oklahoma City. Mrs. Lynn, before her marriage to G.E. Lynn in 1899 at Fox, Okla., was Miss. Laura Lee Johnson. One year after they were married, they moved to Lebanan and have resided there since, which covers a period of 32 years. Among the out-of-town relatives attending the funeral were Mrs. Harvey Russell, A sister of Mr. Lynn, and Mr. Russell of Mangum; Mrs. Minnie Wallace, another of Mr. Lynn's sisters, of Maysville, and his brother C.A. Lynn of Oakland.
