MADILL RECORD AUGUST 8, 1917 
(Early E. Lynn Dead) 

The friends and acquaintances of Mr. and Mrs. E.B. Lynn and family were
saddened Monday morning when it was announced that their son Early had been
called by the Grim Reaper and had passed to the Great Beyond, and would
live only in the memory of his loved ones. Early was a bright boy, the
pride of the home, a general favorite with all his friends and school mates
and it is sad indeed that one so promising should be cut down on the
Threshold of life, when so many who's days of usefulness are passed,
remaining to cumber the earth but we are taught in the Holy Writ that the
Great Ruler "Doeth all things Well," The parents, brothers and sisters and
friends of Early have our Deepest Sympathy in their bereavement.
