Myrtis Rogers, 15, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charley Rogers of Oakaland, and Madill highschool student, was held at the Baptist church of Oakland Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock with Rev. J.W. Webb, Madill Church of Christ pastor, conducting. Young Miss. Rogers died at the family residence in Oakland Friday after being ill only a few days with pneumonia. She had attended school only the week before. Schoolmates of the deceased acted as pallbearers and flower girls and the girls highschool quartet sang at the service. The deceased is survived by her parents and several brothers and sisters. Interment was made in the Madill-Oakland cemetery with the Watts Funeral Home directing.
