(Jeff) Haley, operator of Haley's Lakeside courts near Lebanon, died in Valley View hospital in Ada Thursday night. He had been in ill health and had been in and out of the hospital for the past several months. Mr. Haley and his wife moved to this section early in 1950 after selecting Lake Texhoma as a place for retirement. Construction on his cabins was completed in January of 1950 and he had continued improvements there since that time. A native of Arkansas, Mr. Haley was in the Hardware and Furniture Business in Bethany for a number of years, until he sold his interest in the business and moved here. Funeral services were held in the Putnam City Methodist Church, with burial in the Wynnewood Cemetery. Mr. Haley is survived by his wife, two sons and two daughters. He was a cousin of Aubrey and Bogue Lynn here. Mr. and Mrs. Bogue Lynn attended the burial rites at Wynnewood.
