Died at McAlester, Tues of last week age 80, pioneer lawyer, Judge 
W.H.H.Clayton; born Pennsylvania, served for Union, 16 yrs. U.S. 
district Attorney at Ft. Smith, Ark., later judge of U.S. court for
eastern Oklahoma, served there 20 yrs.  Survivors: wife deceased;
children: Mrs. Florence Keiser ofMcAlester, Mrs. S.G. Brink, Okla.
City; Mrs. H. P? Brown of Shreveport, WillClayton of McAlester; 
Masonic funeral, Wed. buried Ft. Smith Nat'l Cemetery beside his
wife; grandmaster of Masonic Lodge at Ft. Smith many years
