Five year lease agreement on 80 A. Pg. 393 Calvin McDaniel to K.C. Billings Rental Agreement on 30 acres with the stipulation he cultivate the 30 acres and build a 14x16ft log house. * All four of these deeds are for land located in Section 34 Township 22 in Range 21. This is where the John Cagle Ranch was. DBK 16 Pg 64 April 1, 1912 George Bullens wife Elizabeth and Nancy Bullens mortgage 350 acres in Sec. 34 T 22 R 21 & 40 acres in Sec.11. Note for $4000 plus ten interest payments at $120 ea. DBK 48 pg 230 May 13 1912: K.C. Billings & wife Jessie L.B. Billings (maiden name Bumgarner, she also had a Roll No. and rec’d land allotments from the Cherokee Nation) sold George Bullens 50 acres for $1. (It says for $1 but it may have meant $1 an acre. Will have to look at it again.) This was a Quick Claim Deed. DBK 47 Pg 390 June 8, 1912 Mortgage Co. release on Geo. Bullens. Mortgage dated April 1, 1912 & filed May 8, 1912. DBK ? Aug. 30, 1912 Bird Mockincin to K.C. Billings-Lease Agreement. Lease began Jan. 1, 1913-Jan 1918 for $40 yearly. Description: SE1/4 of SE1/4 & the SE1/4 of SW1/4 of the SE1/4 Sec. 34 T 22 R21-50 acres DBK 51 Pg 402 Sept.19, 1912 David McDaniel to Geo. Bullens of Spavinaw $900 of 90 acres. Witnessed by A.J. Rooker & K.C. Billings. Description: N1/2 of the NW & the NE of the SE of NW Sec. 34 T 22 R21 DBK 51 Pg. 415 Sept. 27, 1912 Warranty Deed 38739 for $722 from Lydia Partain & W.C. Partain, husband to George Bullens. Description: NE of NW & the E ½ of NW by NW in Sec 34 T 21 R21. Also N1/4 of the SW1/4 of SE of Sec.34 T 22 R21. *The Grantor being the mother & father and only heir at law to Miller (Millie) E. Partain, the original allottee of the above lands. Millie died May 28, 1909 and is buried at the Wickliffe Prairie Cemetery by the Wickliffe school Further data on this is found in DBK 52 pg 237 Millie E. Partain Allotment Deed from the Cherokee Nation Roll No. 2173. States she was ½ Cherokee via her mother. Cherokee DBK 90 pg 53 recorded Nov.21, 1912. Description of the full allotment: N1/2 od Swof SW of Sec. 2 & the W 20.52 acres of Lot 3 & the E 20.52 acres of Lot 4 of Sec 3 and the E ½ of SW of NE of Sec. 25 T 21 R22 & NE of SW of SE of Sec. 34 T 22 R21 totaling 91.04 acres. Lydia and her husband signed off on the deed which read 90 acres on Warranty deed # 38590 & 10 acres on deed #38739 DBK 44 Pg 664 Original deed dated Jan. 20, 1913. States Geo. Bullens was a widower. H. Brown DBK 88 Pg 41 Nov. 7, 1917 Nellie Wickliffe, Tom Wickliffe and Hettie his wife, John Wickliffe & Carrie his wife (all heirs of John Wickliffe sr)sold land to J. H. Brown 140 Acres. DBK 88 Pg. 101 Nellie , Thomas and John Wickliffe Jr. are the heirs of John Wickliffe Sr. deceased.(forgot to write date down) SOLD to W. E. Kay land in Sec. 35 and in 34. Sec. 33 east side of Highway 20 now. Sec. 34 description: W1/2 of NW of SE of NW of SE of NW of SW. Also a separate deed from Nellie Wickliffe to W. E. FILED March 12, 1945 DBK 230 Pg 45 March 23, 1944 Jessie Amanda Gainey to John B. Cagle for $3,000 on 100 acres. Paid $1000 down with 6% interest with $500 due each July 1st for 1946-1949.
