Longcrier Funeral services for Ervin H. Longcrier, 84, of Pryor will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Church of Christ at Pryor. Church brother Wayne Robbins will officiate . Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery at Pryor under the direction of the Jim Green Funeral Home. Mr. Longcrier was born Feb. 16, 1907, in Dabney , Ark. He died Feb. 5, 1992. Mr. Longcrier was married to Linnie Mae Martin on Jan. 21, 1928, in Sallisaw, Ok. He had lived in Pryor since 1968, having moved here from Delaware County. He was a finished carpenter and had spent many years farming and ranching. He had been manager of the Colcord Ranch in Colcord, Ok., and also was owner of the service station and cafe in Kansas, Ok. for many years. During World War II he worked at the DuPont Powder Plant. He was a member of the Church of Christ and was baptized in the Church of Christ on July 13, 1965, in Siloam Springs Ark. He had been a member of the Masonic Lodge in Kansas, Ok. since 1949. Survivors include two sons, Henry Longcrier and daughter -in- law Dena of Houston, Texas, and Gene Longcrier and daughter - in - law Zella of Kansas, Ok.: three daughters, Hester Kater and son - in - law Bill of Niles, Mich., pat Reed of VanWert, Ohio, and Thelma Brown of Claremore; one brother, Sylvester Longcrier of Bakersfield , CA., a half-brother, Vestel Longcrier of Stigler, a half- sister, Modine Thompson of Paris, Texas. 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
