Rosary will be at 4 p.m. today at Schooler Funeral Home Brentwood Chapel, 4100 S. Georgia. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia. Mrs. Gonzalez was born in McAllen. She married Leonel Gonzalez in McAllen on July 17, 1947. She was a homemaker and her children were her life. She was Catholic. She loved to play the piano and crochet. The family will be at 3607 E. 30th Ave. Survivors include her husband; four daughters, Janie Gonzalez of Alamo, Nellie Martinez of Houston, Carmen Gonzelez-Perez of Springdale, Ark., and Anna L. Bendabout of Selina, Okla.; 10 sons, Hector C. Gonzalez of Indianapolis, Leonel Gonzalez Jr. of Grand Rapids, Mich., Ramiro M. Gonzalez, Santiago A. Gonzalez, Juan J. Gonzalez, Raynato A. Gonzalez, Roy Gonzalez, Albert J. Gonzalez, Raul E. Gonzalez and Frank J. Gonzalez, all of Amarillo; three sisters, Rosa Muniz of Harlingen, Elvira Arizmendez of Hidalgo, Gloria Gamboa of McAllen; a brother, Alfredo Nava of McAllen, 31 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
