Golda Mae Larue

DUMAS - Golda Mae Larue, 87, died Friday, Feb. 27, 1998.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in N.S. Griggs & Sons Funeral 
Directors, Pioneer Chapel, 2615 Paramount Blvd., Amarillo, with Jerry 
Hopkins of Paramount Terrace Christian Church officiating. Burial 
will be in Llano Cemetery.

Mrs. Larue was born in Spavinaw, Okla. She and her husband owned the 
Larue Grocery in Amarillo for 14 years. She was a member of the 
Amarillo Garden Club and past president of the South Amarillo Garden 
Club.

She married Leo Larue in 1929 at Sayre, Okla. He died in 1985.

Survivors include a son, Darrell Larue of Leslie, Ark.; two 
grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a great-greatgrandson.

The family will be accepting friends from 2 until 4 p.m. today at the 
funeral home. They will be at 8043 Shamrock Dr. in Dumas.
