Dear Sir: Inclosed herewith you will find a copy of the decision of the Commission, rendered on the 5th day of May, 1903, granting your application for enrollment as a citizen by intermarriage of the Chickasaw Nation. The attorneys for the Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations have been furnished a copy of this decision and have been allowed fifteen days from this date within which to file protest against the action of the Commission in enrolling you as a citizen of the Chickasaw Nation. If at the expiration of that time, no protest has been filed, your name will be placed upon the final rolls of the citizens of the Chickasaw Nation to be submitted to the Secretary of the Interior for his approval.
