The largest number of votes was cast in the race for mayor, which was won by Mat Ozment, incumbent. Ozment received 794 votes as against 523 for W. C. Cox, his opponent. Leo Cobb was reelected to a second term as financial secretary for the city. Cobb received 1109 votes as against 206 for John Meredith. Anthony Gray was reelected to a second term as legislative commissioner, defeating Chas. Woods by a vote of 677 to 559. In the race for school board by a margin of five votes. The totals in the hotly-contested race were 646 votes for Mantooth to 643 for Paul John. Starr Cook was elected to the six-year term on the board, receiving a total of 703 votes to 319 for B. H. Rackley and 255 for L. M. Baker. Dana Smith was elected school district treasurer without opposition.
