Jesse was born in Wayne, OK and came to California in 1929. As a young man he picked oranges in the Highland area. He resided in San Bernardino County for 75 years. He loved to fish and played baseball for a number of city teams. He worked for 40 years and retired in 1981. He was preceded in death by his wife of 38 years, Dorothy Butcher. He is survived by 5 children, Merle Antinucci (Les) and Bonnie Brown (Don) of Yucaipa, Judy Jones (Ross) of Highland, Tom Butcher (Simone) of Thousand Palms (CA), Janet Troxel (David), of Redlands (CA); 4 stepchildren, Larry Roberts of Carlsbad, (CA), Ron Roberts of Mississippi, Cathy Kennedy of Victorville (CA) and DeAnna Hudak of Hesperia (CA). 30 grandchildren, 70 great-grandchildren; and 3 great- great-grandchildren. Services will be held on Thursday, June 24, at 10:00 a.m. with visitation at 9 a.m. at Montecito Memorial Park Chapel, Loma Linda, CA. NOTE: Submitter is not related in any way to deceased.
