Rosary service was held at 8 o'clock Tuesday evening in the Yoakum church chapel and the funeral service at Our Lady of Victory church Wednesday morning, with Father Kenneth Fulton officiating. Interment was in the family plot at Hillside cemetery. Born in Clay County, Kansas, she came to Purcell, Indian Territoy, in the 1890's with her parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. Archie Marcotte. She was a faithful member of Our Lady of Victory church most of her life and was a member of the W.O.W. lodge. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Helena Brinkle, Purcell; Mrs. Pauline Bergschneider, Pauls Valley; Mrs. Genevieve Schumacker, Midwest City; Mrs. Vera Naeher, Oklahoma City; two sons, Andrew, Midwest City; and Phillip of Oklahoma City. Four other children preceded her in death. Casket bearers were: Buddy Williams, Clo Madden, Neil McElderry, C.W. Tippit, Ralph Privett, and William Carroll. Honorary bearers were: Ed Price, Pat Shea, Louis Groothouse and Emile Boudreau.
