The Purcell Register - June 23, 1899


Mr. M. Boudreau, father of our well known citizens, Paul, Steve, John and 
Alex Boudreau, died at the family home in this city about noon Thursday, 
after a sickness of three weeks.  He was in his seventy-third year, a quiet, 
honorable gentleman and a devout member of the Roman Catholic Church.  
His funeral took place from that church at 10:00 o'clock on Friday morning, 
conducted by Father Williams. The esteem in which the gentleman and family 
is held was attested by the large concourse that followed the remains to 
their resting place in Hillside cemetery.
