Cobb, 67, wife of Leo Cobb, Norman, suffered a fatal heart attack at her home Saturday. She has reported to have been feeling well and had been watching a television show. A few minutes later she was stricken and died. A native of Winfield, Alabama, she had lived in this area most of her life. She lived in Purcell from 1932 to 1950 where her husband operated a dry cleaning business and also served as mayor of Purcell. The Leo Cobbs lived just north of Lexington from 1950 to 1962 and for the past 11 years have made their home. in Norman. She was a member of the Christian church. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon in the Conner chapel with Rev. Russell Long officiating. Interment was in Hillside cemetery. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Jo Evelyn Bland, Liberty, Mo.; a son, Jack Cobb, Norman; two, sisters, Mrs. Everett Mills, Wayne; Mrs. Edwin Bland Liberty, Mo.; six brothers, Eldred and Athel Dickinson, both of Oklahoma City; H. L., Perry and Murray Dickinson Jr., all of Maysville; Paul Dickinson, Riverside, Calif.; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
