Hodges, Viola Elizabeth 1918 - 2005

Viola E. Hodges passed away Thursday, Nov. 3, 2005, surrounded by her 
children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were the loves 
of her life.

Funeral: 1 p.m. Saturday at Davis Funeral Home in North Richland 
Hills.

Viola E. Hodges was born Oct. 25, 1918, in Purcell, Okla., to Robert 
Clay and Nettie Frances Harbolt. She lived in Fort Worth since 1955.

Mrs. Hodges was preceded in death by her two husbands, Jake Williams 
and George Melvin Hodges; her parents; and sister, Wavey Harbolt.

Survivors: Daughter, Lou Shelton and husband, Raymond; son, Melton 
Hodges and wife, Myra; grandchildren, Melanie Cooper and husband, 
Homer, Karla Brown and husband, Kenneth, Kristi Galindo and husband, 
Dominick, Marcy Meiergerd and husband, Bob, Scott Shelton and wife, 
Tammie, and Levi Hodges; great-grandchildren, Whitney Brown, Tiffany 
Brown, Haylie Brown, Kendyl Brown, Justin Cooper, Jake Galindo, Bryce 
Shelton and Brayden Shelton; brothers, Elbert Harbolt and wife, 
Ginny, Ellis Harbolt and wife, Ann, Wayne Harbolt and wife, Edith; 
and sister, Geri Vittitow and husband, Leonard.
