Mrs. Henderson Dies in California Mrs. Etta Henderson of 733 South Chapel, Alhambra, California died in a convalescent home there on November 1, and funeral services were conducted on Tuesday November 3, at 11 a. m. in the chapel of the Du Bois Funeral home in San Gabrial , California with Rev. Sidney Manderson officiating Interment was in Live Oak Memorial Park, Monrovia, California. The Henderson family lived in Wayne for many years, where she was the postmistress for a long time but for the past nine years she had made her home in California. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Lois Ann Garber of the home, a son James of Oklahoma City, a daughter Mrs. Lois Ann Garber of Alhambra, and a sister Mrs. Gracie Schmidt of Carnegie also five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Mrs. Beuala Cox received a letter from Frances with the news and saying that James came out for the funeral. Lois Ann and family lives with Frances as Lois Ann's husband is on a year's special duty in Korea, with the air force. Frances wrote that her mother had been in a convalescent home just th two blocks from their house for the past months, having gone there to live in March when she became ill and her mind started failing.
