Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. today in Parkview Baptist Church, 11th and Oak, with the Rev. Kenneth Dunsworth officiating. Cremation and arrangements are by Muffley Funeral Home of Clovis. Mr. Jones was born in Dibble, Okla. He moved to Clovis in 1946 after serving in the Navy during World War II. He had been a pipe fitter for the AT&SF rail road for 12 years. He then was employed as a ceramic tile setter for McDaniel's until his retirement. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Texico and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3280. He married Mary Mae Dunsworth in 1947 at Portales. Survivors include his wife; four sons, Harlen W. Jones and Howard L. Jones, both of Clovis, James Richard Jones of Palestine, Texas, and Charles R.
