John I. Murry

PERRYTON - John I. Murry, 87, died Friday, Feb. 12, 1999.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Southside Baptist Church with the 
Rev. Bobby Roger officiating. Burial will be in Ochiltree Cemetery by 
Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home, Perryton.

Mr. Murry was born in Blanchard, Okla. and moved to the area 62 years ago. 
He was a contractor for 30 years.

He married Emma Lee Keswater in 1937. She died in 1968.

Survivors include two daughters, Joan Black of Aztec, N.M. and Pauline 
Clifton of Muleshoe; three sons, Don Murry of Fort Worth, and Dick Murry 
and Joe Mac Murry, both of Perryton; three brothers, Bill Murry of Wichita 
Falls, Jack Murry of Hesston, Kan. and Bobby Joe Murry of Solomon, Kan.; 
19 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Southside Baptist Church Building 
Fund.
