Memorial services and burial will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Rowe Cemetery in Hedley with Richard Roehr and Dusty Hansard officiating. Mr. Norton was a longtime Memphis resident before moving to White Deer. He moved to Denver about five years ago. Survivors include his wife, Cora Marie; a son, Melvin Russell Guinn of Memphis; a daughter, Deborah Juanita Stitzel of Denver; two brothers, Larry Dewayne Norton of Childress and John William Norton of Purcell, Okla.; three sisters, Mary Jolene Thompson of Amity, Ark., Patricia Lynn Skinner of Mount Ida, Ark., and Jaussetta Faye Martin of Memphis; nine grandchildren; and eight great- grandchildren.
