Odom, Raymond 

DIMMITT - Raymond Odom, 77, died Wednesday, March 5, 1997.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today in First Baptist Church with the Rev. 
Randy Gressett, youth minister, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn 
Memorial Park by Foskey-Lilley-McGill Funeral Home.

Mr. Odom was a retired farmer and a member of First Baptist Church. He 
moved to the Dimmitt area in 1941 from McClain County, Okla. He married 
Mozelle Teague in 1939 at Chickasha, Okla.

Survivors include two sons, Glenn Odom and Jesse Lynn Odom, both of 
Dimmitt; two daughters, Maretta Smithson and Patricia Campbell, both of 
Dimmitt; a brother, M.B. Odom of Dimmitt; a sister, Gladys Richardson of 
Bakersfield, Calif.; six grandchildren; and two greatgrandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to First Baptist Church Youth Fund, 1201 
Western Circle Drive, Dimmitt, Texas 79027.
