Funeral services were held on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Stufflebean Funeral Home in Pauls Valley. Rev. J.L. Wilhite of Wayne was minister for the services. Claud was born August 27th in Anadarko, Indian Territory and was 87 years of age at his death. He is survived by two daughters, Ruth Shackelford of San Bernardino, Calif.; and Kathryn White of Wayne, also eight grand-children. Present with the family for the services and during their time of bereavement were Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Shackelford of San Bernardino; Mr. and Mrs. Everett Reynolds of Pecan Gap, Texas; Mr. and Mrs. Don White of Broken Bow, Okla; Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Marces of Noble; Mr. and Mrs. Roy Beam of Pauls Valley; Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Marces of Norman; and Mr. and Mrs. John Trent of Oklahoma City. Pall Bearers were John Lucas, Elmer Carson, Raymond Murray, Tom Idleman, Gordon Sharp and Roy Beck.
