The funeral home director at the time of James death was not very reliable in reporting deaths to the State Health Department. I am doing some family history research for my brother-in-law, Bob, whose grandfather was Ephriam Redwine. Bob's mothers name was Gladys Redwine and was a very personal friend of my mother. James Wesley was a member of the Free Will baptist church that I attended as a girl growing up. Elizabeth J. Doake 1861-1925 and her husband, Henry A. Doake, 1857-1937 are buried in the Hillside cemetery Purcell, Oklahoma. I would be interested in obtaining a copy of the picture of James W., Eda Jane and Elizabeth if possible and will be happy to exchange information with you if you are interested. I hope this information has been helpful. Inez Simmons E-mail address asis@telepath.com +++++ David, James, John, and Squire Redwine all appear on the 1860 Tarrant County tax list.
