All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Lakewood FH--Hughson CA Richardson, Melvin El Juan MELVIN EL JUAN RICHARDSON MAX'' SEPT. 30, 1940 - JUNE 7, 2007 Max was born in Purcell, OK on September 30, 1940, and passed away peacefully with his loving daughters by his side on June 7, 2007 at Memorial Medical Center - Modesto, CA. Max attended Livingston High School in Livingston, CA before starting his career in construction as a heavy equipment operator with the Operating Engineers. Max loved everything about cowboying and the West. In years past, he rode horses and roped cattle and participated in rodeos. He used to say he did this until he gained enough horse sense to realize that his future lied elsewhere. He loved the out of doors and could frequently be found fishing or camping with his beloved wife Wanda. Max's love for life was exuded through his story telling and grand sense of humor. He always had a story to tell, an anecdote to follow any situation or just a quick witted something to get you to smile. Max, we love you and we will miss you, as you gave to us what we are today. We are comforted in knowing you are with your God, your wife Wanda and daughter Gloria who both preceeded you in death. Max leaves his family; brother Roy Richardson of Welton, AZ, daughters Debi Amerine of Oakdale, CA, Joni Ericsen of Modesto, CA, Kim Humphrey of Turlock, CA and son Michael Ciuffo of Angels Camp, CA, 4 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Services will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home, 900 Santa Fe Avenue, Hughson, CA. Viewing will be held Thursday June 14, 2007 4PM - 8 PM.
