Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Balko Mennonite Church with the Rev. Leon Lotham officiating. Burial will be in Gray Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home in Perryton. Mr. Stephens was born in Blanchard, Okla., and had lived in Balko for 23 years. He married Freda Mae Lee in 1949 at Seminole. He was a farmer / rancher and had worked in the oil fields. He attended school in Elmore City and served in the Air Force from 1951 to 1956.
