Schiel, Burl Eugene

Burl Eugene Schiel, age 68 of OKC, passed from this earth into his 
heavenly home on 12-11-02. He was born in Byars, OK on 10-25-34 to Buren 
and Alene Schiel. He is survived by his mother, his 4 children, Steve and 
Cindy of California; Mina of Edmond and Angelia of Oklahoma City; 9 
grandchildren, Ryan, Brannon, Nolan, Quinton, Andrew and Allison all of 
California and Riley, Gage and Logan of the OKC City area. Burl was a 
paratrooper in the U.S. Army at Ft. Bragg, N.C. and retired from TAFB 
after 30 years. Burl was a good, kind and generous person who loved his 
children and his family very much. He was loved and respected by his co-
workers and many friends. Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, Dec. 
16, 2002 at the Guardian West Funeral Home Chapel, NW 41st and MacArthur.
