The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. http://www.usgwarchives.net/ -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mrs. Williams Buried Monday - Dies Friday After Short Illness The Purcell Register - December 30, 1949 Mrs. Mary Josephine Wiliams, 64, well known resident of Purcell for many years, died Friday in Wesley hospital in Oklahoma City, a few hours after she was stricken with a heart attack. Rosary service was held Sunday evening in the Yoakum church chapel, with the funeral service conducted Monday morning in Our Lady of Victory church by Father Raymon Carlin. Mrs. Williams was quite active in the service of her church and leaves many friends to mourn her passing. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Clodus Maddon and Mrs. Bill Brooks, both of Purcell; three sons, Buddy Williams, Purcell; Howard Williams, Oklahoma City; Laurence A. Williams, Dallas, Tex.: Three sisters, Miss Aldia Boudreau, Purcell; Mrs. L.H. Sullins, Pampa, Tex.; and Mrs. John Beaumeler, Oklahoma City; two brothers, Homer Boudreau, Purcell; Albert Boudreau, Oklahoma City; and four grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Casket bearers were: Loyd Chadwick, Neil Mcderry, tom P. Pace, Roy Wilson, J.D. McDevitt, and Bill Moisant. Interment was made in Hillside cemetery.
