Albert Lonzo Wells buried in Beavers Bend State Park along with 4 other graves, close to the water tower. Albert Lonzo Wells died in April 1914. Comment by Joyce: When my grandfather died my dad said the river was up and they couldn't take him off the mountain to bury him. My dad was 9 yrs old and his brother was 11 when his dad was put in a handmade wooden box. My dad and his brother had to sit on the lid to hold it down so they could nail it shut. Comment by Mary Lou Wells-Belfield (Grandaughter): Albert Lonzo Wells AKA "Dutch" Wells.
