Edward E. Annis

QUANAH - Edward E. Annis, 80, died Thursday, Jan. 22, 2004.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today in Quanah Memorial Park 
with the Rev. Jesse Dea officiating. Arrangements are by Smith 
Funeral Home.

Mr. Annis was born Aug. 2, 1923, in Idabell, Okla. He married Annie 
Murphy in Quanah in 1959.

Survivors include a daughter, Janie Rector of Arizona; a son, Eddie 
Rector of Arizona; two sisters, Evelyn Tyler of Quanah and Virginia 
Tepfer of Wichita Falls; a brother, C.S. Annis of Garland; and four 
grandchildren.
