He was born July 23, 1945 near Garvin, he had lived in McCurtain County all of his life. Survivors include his wife Sharon; two daughters, Shellie and Shelia, both of Valliant; his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Luther Baker, Garvin; and five sisters, Mrs. Lottie Burks of Idabel, Mrs. Imogene Barnard of Germany, Mrs. Yvonne Ferran of Albuquerque, NM; Mrs. Wanda Bradley and Mrs. Helen Foglesong of Oklahoma City. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 13 in the Felkerl Freewill Baptist Church, southwest of Valliant. Survivors include his wife Sharon; two daughters, Shellie and Shelia, both of Valliant; his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Luther Baker, Garvin; and five sisters, Mrs. Lottie Burks of Idabel, Mrs. Imogene Barnard of Germany, Mrs. Yvonne Ferran of Albuquerque, N.
