Obituary: George Batchelor

McCurtain Co., Oklahoma newspaper Dated" May 1964          

= George Batchelor  Dies at Battiest   =          

George W. Batchelor, 76, died at his home at Battiest Tuesday May 12.  
Funeral services were condeucted in the First Christian church 
Thursday by Rev. Lavern Draper and burial was in the Broken Bow 
cemetery.          

A retired farmer who had lived in Battiest two years, Batchelor was 
survived by  3 sons, 3 daughters, one brother and 3 sisters.  Among 
these, a son Harris lives in Battiest and a sister, Kittie Benton 
lives in Idabel.
