Obituary: W. J. Batchelor

=  Funeral Services Held Saturday for W. J. Batchelor =            

Funeral Services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Holly Creek 
Baptist church for William Jefferson Batchelor, 54, of San Pablo, 
Calif. Rev. Robert L. Hill pastor of the Sunny Land Assembly of God 
Church in Oklahoma City, officiated.   

Mr. Batchelor died Saturday, Sept. 23, at Richmond, California.   

Born January 31, 1907 in Arkansas, he had resided at San Pablo for 18 
years, moving from Broken Bow. He was a die setter for the Rheeban 
Manufacturing Co.    

He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Robert Donaldson, 
Oklahoma City, and Mrs. C. L. Sands, San Pablo; two brothers, Spence 
and Arvie Joe Batchelor, both of Glover; four sisters, Mrs. Sam 
Thompson, Dalton, Ga.; Mrs. Jet Sullivan; Glover; Mrs. Tera Watkins, 
Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Otis, Wright City; and two half sisters.       

Arrangements and burial in the Holly Creek cemetery were under the 
direction of Norwood -Welch funeral Home.
