Funeral services for Mary Beavers, 94, Broken Bow, were at 2 p.m. 
Tuesday in the Natioin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kirk Roberts 
officiating. Burial was in the Hochatown Cemetery under the direction 
of Nation Funeral Home.   Beavers died Sunday in Broken Bow Nursing 
Home. She was born Jan. 1, 1899 in Bethel. A housewife, she was 
affiliated with the Baptist Church and was a lifetime McCurtain 
County Resident.   

She was preceded in death by her husband, Webb Beavers, in 1954; a 
daughter, Daphene Beavers, in 1929; and a grandson, John Roberts, in 
1992.

Survivors include three sons, Wirley Beavers, Broken Bow; Thomas H. 
Beavers, Tulsa; and Paul Beavers, Oklahoma City; two daughters, 
Juanita Harrison and Irene Hastings, both of Broken Bow; a sister, 
Myrtle Kaka, Valier, Mont.; nine gandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren 
and 27 great-great-grandchildren.
